Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR who must have experience in Payroll, Admin & Recruitment with at least 7-8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, may manage the floor and handle all responsibilities individually. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, often handling bulk hiring.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HRIS, process payroll, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor laws).
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and improve employee morale through engagement activities.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, promotions, and separations.
Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a productive workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PG/MBA preferred).
Experience: 7-8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processing.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is required.
