Position: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition

Location: Mira Bhayander East

Experience: 0-6 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: As per industry standards 12k to 20k

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, employee engagement, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling)

• Maintain employee records and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements

• Support in employee engagement activities

• Assist in payroll & compliance-related tasks

Desired Skills:

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office

✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

✔ Understanding of HR policies & processes (preferred)

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream
