Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Talent acquisition till mid-level.

• Job post in various job portals.

• Tie-up with new recruiter and coordinate with existing.

• Taking follow-up on interview with candidate.

• Responsible for documentation of new hires.

• Maintaining HR dashboards / MIS.

• Preparing Training Report.

• Preparing client related letter.

• Prepare appointment letter, confirmation letter, warning letters

• etc.

• .Coordinate with team.

• Follow-up with the client as per requirement.

• Assisting Manager for any business requirement

• Taking part in trainings as required by manager

• Vendor management.

• Inventory Management.

• Preparing report on IN/Out inventory.

• Share quotation to client as per requirement

• Good communication skill

• Microsoft word, excel and

• PowerPoint

• Internet usage/ Searching.
