We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, and experience in handling day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to on boarding.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and complete on boarding formalities.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with employee on boarding and induction.
Support attendance and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Handle HR administrative tasks and reports.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Workindia, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.
Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
