The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and maintaining company culture. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and compliance with company policies.---🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingIdentify hiring needs and create job postings.Screen resumes and conduct interviews.Coordinate interviews with department heads.Manage complete onboarding and documentation of new employees.Maintain employee database.2. HR OperationsMaintain attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data.Handle employee grievances and provide solutions.Draft HR policies and ensure company compliance.Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.3. Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate with accounts team for payroll processing.Manage salary slips, PF/ESI records, and statutory compliance.Maintain confidentiality of salary and employee data.4. Performance & TrainingSupport performance appraisal processes.Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.Track employee KPIs and performance improvement plans.5.
