Key Responsibilities (Points Only):
Recruitment & Deployment
Coordinate with Zonal/Field Managers for guard and staff requirements
Oversee manpower sourcing, screening, and joining formalities
Maintain updated deployment and vacancy reports
Attendance & Payroll
Verify attendance sheets from sites/zones
Coordinate with Accounts for monthly salary processing
Handle ESI, PF, and statutory compliance records
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain guard and staff personal files, ID cards, and service records
Ensure timely creation of Employee Codes in HRMS/ERP systems
Training & Induction
Organize induction for new guards and staff
Coordinate basic security training, fire safety, and refresher sessions
Discipline & Grievance Handling
Manage grievances, absenteeism, and disciplinary issues
Ensure timely resolution in coordination with field officers
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance under CLRA, PSARA, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws
Maintain inspection files and documentation
Coordination with Clients & Operations
Support operations team for guard replacement and documentation requests
Provide HR support during client audits and site inspections
Exit Formalities
Manage resignations, full & final settlements, and reliever deployment
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly HR MIS, attrition, and compliance reports
Support management with manpower data and analytics
Employee Welfare & Communication
Promote discipline, attendance regularization, and motivation among guards
Handle communication between head office and field staff
