Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

.Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

.Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

.Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

.Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing.

.Address employee queries and support employee relations.

.Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.

.Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work culture.
