We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end hiring and core HR operations in a fast-growing D2C startup Evara Clothing.
End-to-end recruitment (JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews)
Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures
Draft HR policies, offer & appointment letters
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Handle onboarding and exits
Ensure policy compliance and discipline
0–1 years experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist
Strong recruitment experience (mandatory)
Good communication and documentation skills
Startup/D2C experience preferred
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month for the first 3 months
(Post this as probation period; salary revision based on performance)
