Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR activities and supports overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
Support training and development programs.
Exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in HR operations (preferred).
