Job Summary
Enggmech is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with end-to-end exposure to core HR functions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll management, recruitment, employee grievance handling, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct interviews, background verification, and onboarding formalities
2. Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
Maintain payroll records and coordinate with consultants/auditors
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively
Ensure smooth employee engagement and healthy work culture
Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
4. Performance Management System (PMS)
Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles
Coordinate goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
Support management in performance improvement initiatives
5. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
Draft HR policies, SOPs, and letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR best practices
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
