We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the IT sector, to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes while supporting day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and employees to address HR-related queries.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT industry.
Hands-on experience in technical recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and HRMS tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from the office.
