We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure a smooth hiring process, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through portals, social media, and internal databases

• Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly

• Assist in onboarding new employees and completing joining formalities

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates

• Support HR team in additional administrative and operational tasks

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
