Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities – job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

• Support onboarding & induction for new hires

• Maintain and update HR records and employee databases

• Organize employee engagement initiatives & virtual events

• Draft and manage HR documents, policies, and internal communications

• Assist with performance management tracking and feedback collection

• Conduct research on HR trends & best practices

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory

• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

Location: Vasai (W)

Shift Timings - 10am to 7pm (Open to work with any day shifts)

Work Days - Mon to Sat
