Executive/ Senior Executive - HR & Admin
To Manage the entire Front Office Requirements (Postal/ Courier/ Bank Visits/ Visitor Register Maintenance)
To take regular stock of the inventory management system and maintain office premises Neat and Clean.
To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain a database of all vendors to provide uninterrupted services to the Workforce.
To act as a SPOC for all management Meetings and Events.
To organize all in-house & external training activities of Aster Health Academy.
To facilitate & act prompt to travel requirements and Stay arrangements of both internal and external customers basis necessity and proper approvals.
To be very cautious on cost management and act as a custodian for Office Assets and materials.
To source, screen and schedule interviews to all Walk-ins and maintain interview database.
To identify quality profiles through various sources and create a talent pipeline.
To own all employee engagement Initiatives and create a positive and a cohesive Workforce.
To facilitate all training programs and create a culture of continuous learning.
To act as a SPOC for employee file management (Right from Offer/Appointment to Experience Letter Issuance)
To maintain and share relevant data to fulfill Corporate Office requirements as per the defined TAT.
