We are currently seeking to fill a position for an HR professional within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in recruitment. should have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience in the HR profession IN the KPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll coordination.
• Organize and manage employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
