Job Description 

We don't need a "Policy Police." We need a "People Champion." You will own the entire employee lifecycle—from hunting the best talent to ensuring our current team is happy, engaged, and growing.

Core Responsibilities of HR Executive:

Talent Acquisition (The Hunter): You won't just post jobs. You will actively hunt for candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobhai & other job portals, along with communities and networks. You will handle screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.

Retention & Culture (The Glue): You will be the pulse of the office. You will conduct regular check-ins (1-on-1s) with the staff to identify burnout or dissatisfaction before they resign.

Onboarding & Operations: Create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires (laptops, access, intros) and handle basic HR ops (attendance, leave tracking, payroll inputs).

Exit Management: When churn happens, you will find out the real truth via exit interviews and present data to the founders to help us improve.

• You have high EQ: People find it easy to talk to you. You can spot when someone is having a bad week.

Education & Experience:

●      Any Bachelor’s degree – proficiency in basic usage of Google sheets / Excel is a must

●      Candidates who have worked for a recruitment agency/consultancy will have an added advantage

Office Location: Thane, near Railway Station

Salary: As per industry standards
