Job Summary
Delhi Engineering Solution is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of statutory compliances, including ESI, PF, Labour Laws, Payroll Support, and Employee Documentation. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processes.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and records.
Compliance Management
Handle statutory compliances, including:
Employees’ Provident Fund (PF)
Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
Labour Law Compliance
Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for compliance-related matters.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of returns.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
Ensure timely submission of compliance-related reports and records.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Payroll Processing, and HR Documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
