Source candidates through job portals and social media
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring updates
Follow up with candidates regularly

Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
