Job Description:

Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Entry-Level)

Location: Rajajipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹10,000 per month (For the first 3 months)

Job Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joiner

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for sourcing resumes across various industries such as IT, E-Commerce, Retail, Fashion & Lifestyle, Banking, BPO, and more. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing resumes and candidates for multiple industries, including IT, E-Commerce, Retail, Banking, BPO, and Fashion & Lifestyle.

Conducting preliminary screenings and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

Maintaining and updating the candidate database.

Assisting in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.

Ensuring candidates' profiles match the client's requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (training will be provided).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age between 21-30 years.

Must be a graduate.

Local to Lucknow only.

Immediate joiner.

Not having interviewed with us in the last 6 months.
