Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive to join our placement team. The role involves hiring candidates for our partner companies across sectors like finance, BPO, sales, manufacturing, and IT. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client company requirements and job roles

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal database

• Conduct telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate suitability

• Schedule interviews with client companies and maintain proper follow-up

• Coordinate with candidates for joining, documentation, and updates

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)

• 0–2 years experience in recruitment or telecalling (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office & WhatsApp-based coordination

• Comfortable with target-based work
