1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment across hotel departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, and Support Functions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds with department heads.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including pre-opening projects.
2. Employer Branding
Promote the hotel’s employer brand across digital and offline platforms.
Represent the hotel at hospitality job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance visibility as an employer of choice.
3. Workforce Planning
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and forecast hiring needs.
Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
4. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and background verification.
Organize new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding aligned with hotel service standards.
5. Recruitment Process Optimization
Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Maintain updated recruitment dashboards and ensure accurate data management in HR systems.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with recruitment agencies, hospitality institutes, and training partners for specialized hiring.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Hospitality Management.
3–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, hospitality job roles, and manpower planning.
Proficiency in using HRMS, ATS, and online recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Experience in pre-opening hotel recruitment or bulk hiring.
Established network within the hospitality industry.
