We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage and support end-toend
HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll processing,
and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT). The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate and
timely HR processes while maintaining strong employee satisfaction and compliance with
labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening,
interviews, selection.
• Prepare and issue oer letters and appointment letters.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities and organize orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Ensure all joining documentation and background verification are completed.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor and reconcile daily attendance records from systems or manual registers.
• Maintain leave records and verify leave requests.
• Prepare attendance summaries for payroll inputs.
3. Payroll & Salary Processing
• Assist with end-to-end salary processing and ensure timely disbursement.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, arrears, incentives based on
attendance and policies.
• Generate salary slips and share with employees.
4. Statutory Compliance & Payments
• Handle statutory deductions and payments: PF (EPF), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT).
• Ensure correct calculation, filing, and payment of statutory contributions before due
dates.
• Prepare and upload compliance returns (e.g., PF ECR, ESIC returns).
5. HR Documentation & Records
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management.
6. Employee Support & Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, salary, benefits,
etc.
• Support resolution of employee issues and maintain good workplace relations.
7. Exit & Final Settlement
• Coordinate exit formalities and prepare full and final settlement calculations.
• Manage documentation related to resignations, relieving letters, and experience letters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or related
field.
✔ 1–3 years relevant HR experience.
✔ Understanding of attendance systems, payroll processes and statutory compliance (PF,
ESIC, PT).
✔ Proficient in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS tools.
✔ Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data.
