As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our consultancy firm specializing in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various industries and functions.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets, and candidate specifications.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize urgent/niche positions.
Achieve monthly joining and closure targets assigned by management.
Candidates must have their own laptop
Female candidates will be preferred
Candidates residing near Andheri will be given preference.
