Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support organizational growth by ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
🔹 Employee Management
Maintain employee records and HR database
Handle attendance and leave management
Address employee queries and grievances
Support performance management processes
🔹 Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, etc.)
🔹 HR Operations
Draft HR policies and procedures
Handle exit formalities (resignations, F&F settlement)
Maintain HR documentation and reports
Support audits and compliance checks
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
