We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Classic Ornaments Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization, who can Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple job roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements across departments while also supporting general HR activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms (Indeed, WorkIndia, Job Hai etc.)
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Assist in HR generalist activities such as employee coordination, attendance tracking, and basic HR administration
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and employee documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
