We are looking for an HR Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: Manufacturing (Sheet Metal / Machine Shop)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for shop floor and staff positions

• Manage employee onboarding and joining documentation

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

• Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline on shop floor

• Maintain HR files, records, and documentation

• Support payroll data and HR reports preparation

Qualification:

Graduation / MBA in HR

Preferred:

Candidate with manufacturing industry experience and basic knowledge of labour laws.
