Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
Handle employee queries and support effective employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
Manage employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
Coordinate employee exits, including resignation, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Assist management in workforce planning and other HR-related activities.
