We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliances, and labour laws.
Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review support.
Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance.
Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR initiatives
