Job Description

Sourcing candidates through various channels such as Job Portals, References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements.

-Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates and scheduling interviews.

-Conducting Recruitment drives.

-Providing proper Counselling and guidance to candidates before & after interview.

-Coordinating and helping the candidates throughout right from sourcing till his exit or Contract end.

-Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.

-Maximizing the number of selections tv
