We're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1 years to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs

Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals & more

Conduct telephonic & in-person interviews

Manage interview lineups & gather feedback

Maintain and grow a strong candidate pipeline

Achieve recruitment targets & ensure timely closures

Stay updated on hiring trends and tools
