Statutory Compliance Executive
Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws including Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishments Act. The role involves maintaining statutory registers, timely filing of returns, and supporting audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain statutory registers (wages, attendance, overtime, fines, deductions, etc.)
Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
Handle EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances, ISO documentation
Coordinate with auditors and government authorities during inspections
Maintain compliance calendar and documentation
Ensure POSH compliance and annual reporting
Requirements:
Graduate (HR / Commerce)
1–3 years of experience in statutory compliance
Strong knowledge of labour laws and documentation
Good Excel and record-keeping skills
