JD- HR Executive

▪️Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.

▪️Coordinate with the clients/hiring managers to understand the details of JD.

▪️Market research and competition mapping.

▪️Taking references from the candidates and building Databases

Manage team of recruiter's on behalf of TL.

▪️Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
