Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment and employee coordination

• Managing attendance, payroll support, joining formalities, and HR documentation

• Coordinating with management for employee engagement and HR operations

• Maintaining employee records and assisting in statutory compliance work

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office

• Ability to handle HR operations independently
