Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Maintain healthy employee engagement and work culture
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Handle attendance and leave management
Payroll & Compensation Support
Assist in payroll processing
Maintain salary records and benefits administration
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Update HR policies as required
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and workshops
Track employee performance and development plans
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
