We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Bilivin Education. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fitment
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and department heads
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a recruitment tracker and generate weekly reports
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job postings
Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with MS Excel, job portals, and LinkedIn
