Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal systems.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate training and development sessions and maintain training records.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
Generate HR reports such as attrition, headcount, and leave summaries.
