Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations at our machinery manufacturing plant. The role involves recruitment coordination, attendance management, employee database management, statutory documentation, PF & ESI registration, employee relations, and asset tracking
Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, document verification, and induction programs.
Prepare HR letters (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, ID cards).
2. Employee Database & Personal File Management
Maintain and update employee master database in HRMS / ERP / Excel.
Ensure accuracy of employee records including personal details, KYC, bank details, and statutory information.
Maintain complete and updated personal files (physical and digital).
Ensure proper documentation for joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
Maintain confidentiality and data security of employee records.
3. Attendance Management
Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
Ensure proper maintenance of attendance registers and biometric records.
Address attendance-related queries from employees.
Share validated attendance data with senior HR for further processing.
4. Statutory Compliance, PF & ESI Registration
Handle employee PF & ESI registration, KYC updates, and documentation.
Assist employees in PF & ESI form submission and coordination.
Maintain records related to PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity.
5. Employee Relations
Address employee attendance grievances and support resolution processes.
Support engagement initiatives and HR communication programs.
6. Employee Asset Maintenance
Maintain records of employee-issued assets such as ID cards, uniforms, PPE, tools, and access cards.
Coordinate issuance, return, and replacement of assets.
Conduct periodic audits of employee assets and maintain inventory records.
Ensure proper asset clearance during employee exit formalities.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Experience in employee database management
Familiarity with PF & ESI processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Educational Qualification & Experience
1–3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing / factory environment/ Corporate
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
