Responsible for blue-collar recruitment and HR operations for the manufacturing unit, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining workforce availability for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit shopfloor / blue-collar candidates.
Conduct local hiring campaigns and coordinate with ITI / colleges for candidate sourcing.
Develop and maintain a candidate databank.
Build and manage relationships with labour contractors for manpower supply.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and handholding.
Manage employee entry and exit processes and maintain HR records.
Build local industry rapport for talent sourcing.
