Manage end-to-end recruitment for supervisors, pantry boys, machine operators, and facility staff.
Source candidates through local references, job portals, and walk-in drives.
Complete joining formalities, employee documentation, and ID creation.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Manpower Deployment & Site Coordination
Coordinate with operations for deployment of manpower across client sites.
Ensure adequate staffing as per client SLA and contract requirement.
Monitor absenteeism, replacements, and relievers.
Maintain site-wise manpower deployment records.
Payroll Support
Prepare and submit attendance data for payroll processing.
Verify overtime, deductions, leave, and absenteeism records.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary disbursement and corrections.
Address employee salary queries.
Statutory Compliance Support
Assist in compliance related to
Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (PF)
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
Minimum Wages Act
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act
Ensure employee documentation such as Aadhar, bank details, PF forms, ESIC forms are complete.
Support statutory audits and compliance documentation.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Address employee grievances related to salary, leave, duty hours, and site issues.
Conduct employee counselling and disciplinary discussions where required.
Ensure proper communication of HR policies to site staff.
HR Documentation & MIS
Maintain :
Employee master data
Site-wise manpower tracker
Compliance documents
Exit Management
Process employee resignations and conduct exit formalities.
Collect company assets such as uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
Update HR records and coordinate full & final settlement.
Required Skills & Competencies
25 years experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Security Manpower companies.
Practical experience in payroll processing and vendor coordination
Good understanding of HR operations and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or Labour Laws
Preferred Experience
Experience in facility management, housekeeping, manpower, security, or service-based organizations
Exposure to handling large workforce and multi-location operations
