HR Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, including blue-collar and technical staff.

• Coordinate with staffing agencies for contract labor.

• Conduct orientation and on boarding programs for new hires.

• Maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances, disputes, and conflicts promptly.

• Ensure effective communication between management and staff.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus Act).
