HR Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

 Sourcing of candidates at various levels through headhunting, placements and employees references.

 Coordinate with placements, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews.

 Carrying out preliminary interviews and short-listing candidates for technical round.

Employee Engagement Activities:

 Coordinating in arrangement of employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, etc. on monthly

basis.

 Organizing and conducting fun and team building activities at work place such as employee’s monthly birthday

celebrations, festive celebrations, picnic, annual day function, sports, desk activities, etc.

Admin & Other Miscellaneous Activities

 Conducting HOD meetings on monthly basis.

 Handling the housekeeping staff, security staff, pantry & attendants.

 Taking care of all requisitions for visiting cards, letter heads, time slip & voucher books.

 Coordinating & issuing ID cards, uniforms, stationery items, etc.
