Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, HRMS updates, payroll coordination, employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and exit formalities. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing company policies, maintaining employee records and confidentiality, preparing HR letters and reports, coordinating with management and employees, and ensuring compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months – 2 years of relevant HR experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS, good organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR activities. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, warehouse, or corporate environments will be preferred.
