Job Description :
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes and strategies.
Requirements
Any Graduate
Experience of 6 months to 1 years
Excellent Sourcing Skills
Good knowledge of resume screening
Working experience on any ATS software is a plus (We are using Zoho - Recruit)
Knowledge of Naukri & LinkedIn job boards is added advantage
Good communication skills
