Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media and digital platforms
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies
Employer Branding & HR Marketing
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture across digital channels
Create engaging content for careers pages, LinkedIn, and job portals
Leverage marketing techniques to attract high-quality candidates
Employee Engagement & Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal campaigns
Conduct employee feedback surveys and suggest improvements
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Performance & Learning Support
Assist in performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback processes
Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives
Track employee development and training effectiveness
HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee engagement
Use data insights to improve hiring and retention strategies

Qualifications:
