- Sourcing candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media & References

- Screening resumes as per client requirements

- Calling candidates and explaining job role, salary, location


*2. Interview & Selection:*

- Scheduling interviews with clients locations

- Taking regular follow-ups with candidates and clients

- Collecting interview feedback and updating tracker
