Requirements:
1. Manpower Planning & Requirement Understanding
Understand client/company workforce requirements for blue-collar and mid-collar roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers and site supervisors to gather job details, headcount, timelines, and skill requirements.
Align recruitment plans with business and operational needs.
2. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, walk-ins, field recruitment, local vendors, NGOs, ITIs, and placement agencies.
Conduct bulk hiring drives when required.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar and mid-collar talent.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or in-person interviews.
Verify candidate eligibility, experience, skill set, and availability.
Assess basic communication skills, technical fit, and work readiness.
4. Interview Coordination & Selection
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Facilitate trade tests, skill assessments, and site visits if required.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and stakeholders.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow company recruitment policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure ethical recruitment practices and data confidentiality.
Stay updated on labour laws and statutory requirements relevant to blue-collar hiring.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle bulk and high-volume hiring.
Good knowledge of blue-collar and mid-collar job markets.
Field recruitment and local sourcing exposure preferred.
Basic knowledge of labour compliance and documentation.
