Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee data, attendance, leaves, and personal records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Collect data for payroll processing (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Support benefits administration (insurance, PF, ESI, etc.).
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process.
Track employee goals and feedback.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Identify employee development needs in collaboration with managers.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Help address employee queries or grievances.
Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws.
Support policy implementation and communication.
Exit Formalities
Handle resignation process, exit interviews, and clearance.
Ensure full and final settlement is processed accurately.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, attrition, etc.).
Maintain HR dashboards if applicable.
