Assist in payroll coordination and compliance activities.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Support HR operations, audits, and reports.
Coordinate exit formalities and final settlements.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR policies.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
