Recruitment and end-to-end hiring process
Candidates ko source, screen aur interview ke liye coordinate karna
Employee joining aur onboarding process manage karna
Attendance aur employee records maintain karna
HR documentation aur basic HR operations handle karna
Employees ki queries aur day-to-day HR requirements manage karna
Job portals aur other recruitment platforms par vacancies post karna
Requirements
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR & recruitment
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Immediate joiners preferred
