Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified professionals across clinical and technology domains.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
Maintain and update job descriptions, HR databases, and recruitment reports.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction programs, and HR documentation.
Support HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee record maintenance.
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Conduct employee engagement, performance monitoring, and grievance handling activities.
Organize and manage training and development programs for both healthcare and IT teams.
Ensure all HR practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on healthcare and IT recruitment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team environment.

Proven experience in healthcare and IT talent acquisition.
